Appointment Statuses
The following is a list of agreement-related statuses. You can find these as search filter options on the left panel of the Appointment Hub, or as status tiles on the Appointment Operations dashboard.

Status tags are color-coded to help you quickly identify the type of action needed. For example, green statuses generally indicate active or ready records, gray tags indicate inactive records (e.g., closed agreements), yellow indicate in use or in service units, orange is advisory (e.g., for incomplete information), red tags require your attention, blue shows the agreement type, and purple tags are informative.
Statuses
Booked (Booked). The appointment is booked, and is ready to be open into an agreement.
Pending Today (Booked). The appointment is booked, with a Checkout Date of today.
Expedited (Expedited). The appointment is an Expedited Appointment, or one in which the customer can access the appointment form via email or text and submit his or her information to speed up the experience. See "Expedited Appointments" for more information.
Expired (Expired). An appointment expires the following day, at midnight (12:00AM) after the Checkout Date. For example, appointments scheduled for checkout on 7/1 at 4:55PM, 8:59AM and 11:55PM will all expire on 7/2 at 12:00AM. When an appointment expires, any previously-assigned unit is removed, but can still view and edit the appointment, revert it back to Booked by changing the dates, and open an agreement.
Cancelled (Cancelled). The appointment was cancelled, either manually or automatically after 72 hours past the scheduled Checkout Date and time. You cannot open an agreement from a cancelled appointment, but you can uncancel the appointment.
Cancelled Today (Cancelled). The appointment was cancelled today, either manually or automatically after 72 hours past the scheduled Checkout Date and time.
Monday through Sunday (Booked).The appointment is booked and has a Checkout Date on the applicable day of the week.
Processed (Processed). The appointment was opened into an agreement.
SPUD (SPUD): This tag is present on appointments that have come through your partnered web scheduler (BDC) that request service pickup and delivery through TSD DEALER's Delivery and Collection module.
Take action: You must edit these appointments and enable Delivery and Collection. (The tag will always remain, so you can visually identify this record as having come through your web scheduler with this request.)
Additional Attributes
The following are additional appointment attributes in addition to the appointment's actual status.
Expedited (Expedited). For locations using the Expedited Appointment feature, these are appointments in which customers have accessed the appointment via email or text message and submitted information in advance. See "Expedited Appointments" for more information.
Note: If your location uses TSD's Delivery and Collection integration, you'll see a different tag on these types of appointments: Pending Trip Details. See "Delivery and Collection Statuses" for more information about these records.
Deliveries and Collections. For locations with Delivery and Collection integration, this status shows booked appointments with Delivery and Collection information. See "Delivery and Collection With a Partner" for more information.
